Nurses in Kajiado County have announced that they will resume their strike on Wednesday if both the county government and the national government fail to address their grievances.
Speaking on the matter, the Kajiado County Nurses Union Branch Secretary, Wilson Leteipan, said nurses have been patient long enough, but the government has not honored the agreements reached.
He warned that unless the pending issues are resolved before Wednesday, nurses will withdraw their services, a move that could disrupt healthcare services across the county.
The union is urging both levels of government to intervene urgently and resolve the dispute to avoid inconveniencing patients seeking medical care.
